JackRevive - 1/4" TS/TRS Jack Burnisher

A noisy 1/4" jack is one of the most common problems on any repair bench — but fixing it is not always simple. What starts as a scratchy output jack can quickly turn into a time-consuming disassembly job, especially on hollow-body guitars, amps, pedals, mixers, and other audio gear where the jack is buried behind hardware, panels, or wiring.
The 9Rivers JackRevive is a precision 1/4" TS/TRS jack burnisher designed to restore poor contact inside standard 1/4" / 6.35 mm jacks without unnecessary teardown. Its plug-shaped working end is finished with a fine #1000 diamond coating, allowing it to lightly polish oxidized or contaminated contact surfaces where a normal plug or contact cleaner may not be enough.
As the first tool in the 9Rivers Benchmark Series, JackRevive was developed and bench tested for real repair work — with carefully controlled diameter, coating grit, shaft length, durability, and handle feel. It is built to be a fast, reliable, everyday tool for guitar techs, amp techs, pedal builders, and audio repair benches.
